A visit to Summit One Vanderbilt is incomplete without digging into food at Après, a refreshing outpost designed by Danny Meyer of Union Square Events.
Since Apres is part of the observation deck experience, guests need the Summit One Vanderbilt tickets to enter.
Après Summit One Vanderbilt is a restaurant cum bar that, besides filling your belly, offers you a panoramic view of New York City.
Guests love the dishes and cocktails served at the restaurant, which they can consume either at the indoor cafe and outside bar cart.
Since Summit One Vanderbilt’s restaurant is not a sit-down restaurant, you can pick up your food and enjoy it while watching the New York skyline from the air terrace or indoor lounge.
Inside the cafe, you can taste flavored packed Golden Beet Salad, Seasonal Grain Bowl, or Sandwiches with refreshing hot or cold beverages.
From the bar cart, you can pick from Hot Dogs, Sweet & Savory Pretzel, Pinwheels, or Cake Pops.
From non-alcoholic beverages like Fruit Juice, Hot Chocolate, or Espresso to cocktails blended with Gin, Vodka, and Whiskey, Après One Vanderbilt Summit has everything to quench your thirst.
One Summit Vanderbilt Après serves drinks that fit your mood and need – Ginger Highball to raise your spirit, Midnight Gin and Tonic to refresh your mind, and Vanderbilt #1 to enjoy the limitless sky.
Après does not offer dining packages at this time. However, you can order a la carte food and beverage.
Note: Many visitors wonder if they can eat and drink at Le Pavillon while visiting Summit at One Vanderbilt. You can. However, you should know that the Le Pavillon restaurant is part of the One Vanderbilt building and is not inside the Summit observatory.
